What does a mobile auto detail include?
It depends on the package, but every service includes a safe-wash exterior process, wheels and tires, glass, and an interior reset. A full detail adds decontamination, clay treatment, sealant, and a complete interior cleaning. The Premium tier adds paint-enhancement polish and multi-step protection. We will walk you through which package fits your car and your goals.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes. We arrive in a self-contained mobile setup with onboard water, pressure, and power. You do not need to provide a hose bib or outdoor outlet, though we are happy to use yours if you prefer.
Where do you set up at my home?
Most often a flat driveway, garage apron, or covered porte cochere. We need roughly the footprint of a single parking space plus a few feet of working room around the car. Shade is helpful in summer; we can also work inside an open garage.
Are your products safe for ceramic-coated and EV paint?
Yes. We use pH-neutral, coating-safe shampoos and dedicated microfiber for ceramic-coated vehicles. EV paint — Tesla, Lucid, Rivian, Taycan — is treated with the same care, and we keep electronics, charge ports, and frunk seals away from direct water pressure.
Do I need to be home during the detail?
No. Many of our regular clients leave keys with us and head to work or the gym. We text before we arrive and again when the car is finished. If you'd rather be home and walk us around the vehicle, that's welcome too.
What if it rains the day of my appointment?
We monitor weather closely. Light rain we can usually work around with a covered space; heavier weather and we reach out to reschedule at no charge. We would rather move the appointment than rush a job in poor conditions.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, debit, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. Payment is collected after the work is complete and you've had a chance to look the car over.
